Mandatory information according to Article 13 GDPR

In the case of initial contact, we are obliged to comply with Art. 12, 13 GDPR obligated to provide you with the following mandatory information under data protection law:

If you contact us by e-mail, we will only process your personal data if there is a legitimate interest in the processing (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), if you have consented to the data processing (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), if the processing is necessary for the initiation, establishment, content or modification of a legal relationship between you and us (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) or if another legal norm permits the processing. Your personal data will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed).

Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods under tax and commercial law – remain unaffected. You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data at any time and free of charge.
You also have the right to object, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Furthermore, you can request the correction, deletion and, under certain circumstances, the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA. Here, your personal data can be passed on to the US servers of the respective companies.

WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY WITHIN THE MEANING OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.

The legal basis for the transmission of data is Art. 49 para. 1 a GDPR (express consent).

U.S. companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal action against this. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) may process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes.
We have no influence on these processing activities.
