Official Participation Conditions
By participating in this contest, you are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the following conditions.
1. Participation
To enter this contest, participants have to:

B) Tag 3 friends
C) Share the post to their story and tag us (@winorabikes)
The giveaway starts with the release of the post on the 1st of December 2021 at 3 PM (CET) and the competition ends on the 23rd of December 2021 at 3 PM pm (CET). Winners will be notified on the 24th of December 2021. Participation is free and in no way connected with the purchase of any products. Anyone, 18 years of age and older is eligible to participate, in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Employees of Winora and their immediate family members may not participate.
2. Prize and Prize Draw
The prize: In the main launch, Winora will give away 1 x 1 Kids Bike Bundle. Including 1x kids bike, bell and helmet Prize draw: Winners will be randomly selected and contacted by Winora on Instagram or on Facebook by tagging them in the comments section of the original post. Those selected will have 5 days to respond by messaging the page directly on Facebook or Instagram to state whether they accept the prize. If they fail to respond within 5 days they will lose the opportunity to claim their prize. Winora will arrange delivery with competition winners and cover the costs for shipping.
3. Information according to Art. 13 GDPR
We - WINORA-STAIGER GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 6, DE-97526 Sennfeld – will not process your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR - including surname, first name and email address - exclusively for the purpose of handling the competition listed here.
Please note that Facebook and possibly other service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA).
WE ADVISE THAT THE USA IS NOT A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY WITHIN THE MEANING OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.
We have no influence on this data processing.

The winner expressly agrees that the organizer (Winora-Staiger GmbH) may use images relating to the prize and its implementation for media purposes within its web presence and social media channels. 4. Early Termination
Winora reserves the right to cancel or change the giveaway at any time without cause or notice. This may be, but not limited to technical reasons (e.g. a virus on the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons where proper operation of the contest cannot be guaranteed.

7. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, either in part or in full, this shall be without prejudice to the validity of the terms and conditions in all other respects. In place of the invalid provision, a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the commercial purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a lacuna in these terms and conditions.
